Anushree has a background in management consulting, product management, and engineering. She has spent her career developing emerging technologies for social impact, with an emphasis on historically unrevolutionized industries. As an undergrad student, she and her co-inventor developed an alternate design for a fire extinguisher, which has since received a patent. Since then, she has worked within enterprise pharma companies, insurance consortiums, urban nonprofits, and agriculture (ie. vertical farming). Anushree is also a budding venture scout, writer, and advisor to impact oriented startups.

Anushree has a Bachelors in Engineering from The Cooper Union in New York City.
