2025 Impact Report

In our 2025 Impact Report, we detail our investment activity, programs that we run, and the progress we’ve made to further our mission in the last year. Since our inception, the Partnership Fund has been dedicated to advancing New York City as a global hub for innovation and upward mobility. To date, we have:

• Invested $207M in 192 companies.

• Supported $60M in investments for women- and minority-led businesses.

• Created over 37,000 direct and indirect jobs for New Yorkers.

• Directed 47% of our investments toward the outer boroughs and Upper Manhattan.

In 2025, we focused on how the application of AI can solve critical civic challenges—from Radical AI’s breakthroughs in material science to Bags’ mission to democratize capital for small businesses.
