The Partnership Fund’s investment supports a minority-owned food service company based in Harlem that serves healthy meals to students across New York City. Financing enabled Red Rabbit to build out a new 2,000-square-foot finishing kitchen in Brooklyn.

Located in Harlem, Red Rabbit provides healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks to New York City charter, private, preschool and after-school programs, approximately 85% of which serve low-income children.
